Duty Tax / Import Fees

Products on this website do not include shipping fees, remote shipping fees, or any other tax fees in the listed price. Customers are responsible for paying taxes and any related fees for their orders, especially in EU countries.

EU VAT Tax

EU taxes range from 15-25% depending on the country and will be added to the order as a tax depending on the total amount. In instances where this VAT tax is not applied to your order, EU customers will be responsible for paying the duty tax at customs. 

US Duty Tax

US orders over $800 will have to pay US duty tax.

Other Regions

Taxes in other regions will be based on the local regulations.

 

Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is ready for shipment, you should receive an e-mail letting you know your order is on the way. We do not ship on Sundays or any Chinese holidays. We will make a note of these dates on the landing page of this website. We ship to the exact address provided with your order. Customers are responsible for making sure this information is accurate. If you enter the wrong shipping information, you can contact customer service with your correct address before your package ships.

 

Shipping Providers

Customers can choose between DHL and 4PX at the point of checkout. 4PX is a cheaper shipping service with longer shipping times than DHL. 4PX shipping times can range from 15-60 days depending on the time of year, and can go up to 60-90 days for some specific countries. If you need a package faster, please select DHL. Be aware that DHL may charge a remote shipping fee for certain regions, so please consult the following website before ordering:
